Amy lives in Greenwood with her husband of 17 years and their three children. She attended Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia, where she studied communications. After graduation, Amy moved back to her hometown and embarked on a career in outdoor advertising. Her time there taught her how to effectively communicate with corporations, as well as small business owners throughout the state of Indiana. Amy’s time in the billboard industry opened a door to a marketing position with an international company. She worked closely with distributors in various regions to ensure brand representation and met her now-husband during that chapter in her journey. That opportunity paved the way for her to take on a more prominent role at a different international company where she traveled abroad and served as a liaison between that business and its global distributors. Amy’s background, sales, marketing achievements, and worldwide interactions have given her an understanding of diverse customer needs and adjusting strategies for different markets. Shelli Anderson, REALTOR®
Shelli, a lifelong Hoosier, graduated from Indiana University in 1997. She began practicing law in 2005 and obtained her real estate broker’s license in 2018. As both a licensed Realtor and Attorney, she uses her honed negotiation skills, years of real estate knowledge and contractual expertise to help individuals and businesses buy, sell or lease residential, commercial/retail real estate in Central Indiana. Shelli is bi-lingual and loves helping English or Spanish-speaking clients. She loves helping individuals find and purchase their next home or business location or to assist to market and sell her clients’ properties.

Shelli has been married for 26 years to her best friend and college sweetheart, Mark Anderson. They have 3 amazing children, Gavin, Sam and Sydney and one slightly spoiled dog, Archie. Her family attends St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Franklin. She volunteers and serves on the Family Services Committee for Habitat for Humanity of Johnson County. She routinely provides pro bono legal services to clients, friends, family and others in need. When not helping folks buy & sell houses or fielding legal questions, Shelli likes to unwind with family or friends and loves to travel.
Jon Young, REALTOR®
Jon grew up on the southeast side of Indianapolis where it is still rural. After graduating from college in 1986, he married his beautiful wife Janelle and moved to Allen Park, Michigan. After two years of teaching and coaching, they were ready to move back home. Jon settled into the real estate industry as a Licensed Appraiser in 1998. Later in 2003, he became a licensed real estate agent. As both an appraiser and a Realtor, Jon provides a realistic perspective for his clients. He always strives to keep his customers interests and needs as the priority. He now has 25 years of experience in the real estate industry which serves his clients well.
Jon attends Grace Baptist Church on County Line Road where he is a trustee, teaches an adult class, is involved in the men’s ministry, and works in the nursery when needed. Additionally, to stay active, you can find him on the tennis court or golf course with his friends. Jon and Janelle have six beautiful grandchildren and like to vacation in Florida at Destin and Longboat Key.

Lance Young is a highly accomplished Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Broker, serving the vibrant Indianapolis area. With a strong foundation laid during his apprenticeship under his father, Jon Young, Lance obtained his Appraiser Trainee License in 2014 and quickly advanced to full certification by 2016. Additionally, in early 2015, he acquired his broker’s license, solidifying his comprehensive expertise in the real estate field.
